End Of An Era

Oprah Winfrey will end her daytime television show in 2011 after it's being on the air for 25 seasons straight. Winfrey will be scheduled to announce the final date for her show during a live broadcast according to her production company Harpo Productions Inc. A Harpo spokesman declinced to comment Thursday on Winfrey's plans except to say that The Oprah Winfrey Show has seen rating slip 7% from a year ago. Winfrey is expected to start up a new talk show on OWN.
